The Higre 125kW Power Conversion System (PCS) is a bidirectional power electronic conversion unit designed for battery energy storage applications. It provides controlled AC/DC power conversion between the battery DC bus and the AC electrical system, enabling regulated bidirectional active-power transfer for battery charging and discharging.
The PCS operates as a critical power-conversion interface within a BESS, coordinating battery-side energy exchange with the AC grid or connected loads through closed-loop control of voltage, current and active power. It can be integrated with battery systems, BMS, EMS and higher-level energy management architectures for coordinated system operation.
With a modular power architecture, the 125kW PCS is suited to C&I BESS, distributed energy storage and microgrid applications where controlled bidirectional power flow, system-level coordination and predictable electrical performance are required.

الأسئلة الشائعة:
What is the primary function of a 125kW PCS in a BESS?
The primary function of the PCS is to perform controlled bidirectional AC/DC power conversion between the battery DC bus and the AC electrical system. It regulates the direction and magnitude of active-power transfer during battery charging and discharging.
How does the PCS interact with the BMS and EMS?
The PCS operates within the BESS control hierarchy. The BMS supervises battery operating conditions and provides battery-related constraints, while the EMS determines system-level energy dispatch. The PCS executes the corresponding power-conversion commands within its electrical operating limits.
How is the PCS used during BESS charging and discharging?
During charging, the PCS converts AC electrical power into controlled DC power for the battery. During discharging, it converts battery-side DC power into controlled AC power for delivery to the grid or connected loads.
Can the 125kW PCS be used as a building block for a larger BESS?
Yes. Subject to the specific PCS parallel-operation architecture and system control design, multiple PCS units can be configured as modular power-conversion blocks to achieve higher system power ratings.
